Weekly pay. Min Flat rate of $1600 gross weekly (W2) OR 25% up to 30% (1099) of what truck makes weekly.
We let you decide rather W2 or 1099 depending on if you want benefits.
Quarterly safety & Punctuality bonuses (must be on time, no moving violations)

5,000 sign on bonus, Up to 10,000 sign on (more than 1 year experience required)

Driving Experience

• At least 1 year of experience (sometimes more or less depending on what our insurance

company requires)

• Experience in various states and weather conditions

• Endorsements are always a plus and can garner more money (ex. twic card, hazmat,

doubles and tankers)

Driving Record

• No more than 1 moving violation in the last 7 years (this includes a personal car)

• No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 7 years. Base your decision around the

severity of the accident(s)
