Safety is our number one goal and making safe, on time, cost effective dispatching is what we can promise. We will not put you in harms way or cost you dollars by sending you to bad markets with no exit strategy.

ADLT DRIVER MISSION STATEMENT
American Dreamliner Logistics & Transportation LLC (ADLT ) was founded by a former Commercial (CDL) driver in 2021. ADLT is a small size transportation company that specializes in the transportation of refrigerated freight located in the heart of the Midwest, Indianapolis, IN. We are a driver friendly employer, and reward our drivers with a paycheck that matches talent. We hire the safest drivers, operate reliable and safe equipment, and excel in meeting deadlines for our customers and expectations from our drivers.
Attention to our driver needs, expectations, and producing a family environment for our drivers is key to maintaining a healthy relationship our employees. We dedicate our time to make sure you the driver is respected, compensated, and applauded for your time away from your families and friends. We know as drivers we give up a lot of moments and memories to be made with family events and time away from home for life on the road. ADLT will always make sure we show our appreciation.
We provide 53’ refrigerated trailers capable of transporting temperature controlled and non temperature controlled products. We specialize in fresh produce transportation, medical & pharmaceuticals transportation, and frozen produce transportation. We have hauled or dispatched freight for JB HUNT, CONVOY, NESTLE WATERS, UBER FREIGHT, AMAZON, OLD DOMINION, and some of the biggest names in the transportation industry.
We will show up in pressure situation to deliver on our promise to our customers’ highest expectation. Not to be undervalued, we pay our drivers handsomely that continue to get the job done efficiently, safely, and in a punctual manner. Quarterly bonus are paid based on performance.
